Acrylic Care & Helpful Information

About the Acrylic
Your acrylic piece is completely clear. The design and text are printed in reverse on the back side, so once it’s flipped around it will read correctly. Be sure to peel off the protective layer on the front—this may be blue vinyl or brown paper.

Important: Before removing the protective film, the acrylic might look scratched. In most cases, those marks are only on the protective layer, not the acrylic itself. Always remove the film first before checking for damage. If you do notice damage after removing it, please see the instructions below.

Acrylic Not Fitting Into the Base?

Because bases are machine-cut, the slot size can vary slightly. Some bases may feel very snug, while others may fit a bit looser.

If the fit is tight:

  • Place the base on a flat surface.
  • Hold the acrylic straight with both hands.
  • Press down firmly and evenly until it snaps into place.

Every tight-fit base that has been returned to us was able to be inserted successfully using this method. If it still feels difficult, you can lightly file the bottom corners of the acrylic (just a tiny bit) using an emery board or nail file to help guide it into the slot.

If the fit feels loose:

  • Use two small clear glue dots on the bottom corners of the acrylic where it slides into the base, or
  • Apply small pieces of clear double-sided tape along the bottom edge.

Cleaning Instructions

Only use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the acrylic. Do not use liquids or cleaning sprays.

Lighted Base Instructions

Think you received the wrong color?
All lighted bases include:

  • 7 solid color options
  • 3 color-changing modes that cycle through all colors at different speeds

Press the middle button to turn the base on, then continue clicking to cycle through the colors. The base may turn on to red, green, or another color by default—just keep clicking until you find the one you want.

Power Reminder:
A USB wall adapter is required to plug the base into an outlet. Not all USB adapters work consistently. If the base isn’t working properly, try a different adapter before assuming it’s defective.

Shipping Address Notice

We ship only to the address entered at checkout. Shipping labels are created automatically, and we can’t make changes unless you contact us before your order ships.

Please note that payment services like Shop Pay, PayPal, or Venmo may auto-fill an old address saved in your account—so it’s always best to double-check before completing your order.

Delivered but Not Found?

If tracking shows “Delivered,” please check your mailbox and the surrounding area first. If you still can’t locate your package, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. They use GPS scans and are responsible for locating or compensating for misdelivered packages.

Unfortunately, we can’t replace orders that are marked delivered and later lost or stolen.

We truly appreciate your support of our family-owned business and are grateful for the chance to create something special for you.
