Refund policy
We’re committed to providing an excellent customer service experience. While it’s unrealistic to promise that every experience will be 100% perfect, we can assure you that if something does go wrong—which happens very rarely—we will act quickly and do everything we can to make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we begin processing and production as soon as an order is placed, we’re unable to offer cancellations or changes once the order has been submitted.
My item is damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@belovedfamilygifts.com or call (646) 980-4235. Be sure to include a photo of the item you received so we can review the issue quickly.
Once we receive your message, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Please do not return any items without first contacting our support team for authorization. Also, do not send returns to the address on the return label, as it may not be the correct return location.
Can I return my purchase?
We hope you love the item you purchased. However, if you have any concerns or are considering a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in order to receive a refund.
- If a product arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Personalized Items
Personalized items are non-refundable, as agreed upon when placing your order. If a personalized item arrives damaged, we will replace it with the exact same item at no charge. Please contact us immediately after receiving the damaged item by emailing support@belovedfamilygifts.com or calling (646) 980-4235 .
Return Processing
- Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your package for your return or exchange to be processed.
- We are not responsible for return packages until they reach us.
- Be sure to keep your proof of postage and tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of delivery, we may not be able to process your return promptly.
Gift Returns
We are unable to accept gift returns for refunds.
How to Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@belovedfamilygifts.com or calling (646) 980-4235.
Please include the following in your message:
Return:
Explain the reason for your return. Honest feedback helps us improve and process your request as efficiently as possible.
Exchange:
Provide the item name and color of the product you would like to receive in exchange so we can process it correctly.
Once the returned item is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
My Item Looks Different from the Online Listing
This is very rare. We strive to represent all products and designs as accurately as possible. In some cases, listings may use life-like renderings instead of photographs to demonstrate how the final item will appear.
If you believe your item may have a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team along with your order ID for review.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Packages may be returned to sender if:
- The shipping address is invalid or missing information.
- The carrier is unable to complete delivery.
- The customer refuses the package at the time of delivery.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your address is entered accurately and completely, including correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or unit numbers, and route details if applicable.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect.
